Welcome to Lakota’s Legacy. This combined Terms of Service & Privacy Policy governs your use of our website (https://www.lakotaslegacy.com) and the dog behavior consulting and training services we provide.

By using our website or booking services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Lakota’s Legacy, operated by Gina Early, provides force-free, science-based dog behavior consulting and training using the LEGS ethological approach. Services include in-person sessions in the Clarksville, TN area and virtual/online sessions nationwide.

All services are educational and consultative. We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, as results depend on many factors including your dog’s genetics, environment, your consistency, and individual circumstances.

2. Consultations and Payments

For any Behavior Consultations, Assessments, full payment must be made at time of Client returning Agreement and Behavior History. Trainer/Consultant will not start to process Client’s information until payment has been made. Certain exceptions apply.

  • For individual Life Skills sessions, payment must be made prior to appointment.

    For any Packages, unless payment plan has been agreed upon prior, payment must be made prior to first session.

Cancellation Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS for any Behavior Consult, Assessment once Client has sent signed and completed Agreement and Behavior History Form to Trainer/Consultant. OR, Client is a “no-show” upon Trainer/Consultants arrival to private home.

  • NO REFUND upon cancellation for individual Life Skills session that has been cancelled by client, once Client has sent signed and completed Agreement and Behavior History Form to Trainer/Consultant and as agreed upon by both parties.

  • FUTURE CREDIT WITHIN THREE MONTHS allowed if mutually agreed upon byparties.

  • There will be NO REFUNDS or Future Credits for any sessions missed by client on Packages purchased.

3. No Guarantees or Veterinary Advice

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome of our services. Dog behavior can be influenced by many variables beyond our control.Our guidance is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your dog shows signs of medical issues, pain, severe aggression, or distress, please consult a licensed veterinarian immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakota’s Legacy and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of our website or services, including any injury to you, your dog, or others.

You assume all risks related to your dog’s behavior and participation in any training or consultation sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (articles, guides, plans, and materials) is owned by Lakota’s Legacy and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
