What do my sessions look like and how much?
I offer both private in home (local) and/or virtual sessions, where I educate you about your dog's behavior so that you better understand them. Then we work towards your training goals using positive rewards based methods that are enjoyable and get real life results. I bring my knowledge and expertise to guide you both, working with you one on one, setting you up for success, with customized plans that fit your dog and your situation. No overwhelming classes and no learning in boxes. I come to you (locally) so that your dog can learn in the environment they live in with the people that are family. You are an integral piece of your dog’s development so you will be involved in the learning. :)
We develop skills to prevent unwanted behaviors (pups) and curb the wild ones that develop (adolescence). It’s not just the dogs that need to learn. You do too. Skills for both of you can feel awkward in the beginning when you are learning. I am there to coach you and help you become a pro. :)
If your dog is struggling with a certain behavior issue, we will focus on that. You also get my support between sessions on the material we cover, if you have questions or get stuck for any reason. I am here to skill both you and your pup up. Rate depends on your pup's age. We have a ton of fun. Nothing boring or frustrating, and no force or punishment, including any use of shock or prong collars.
Under 6 months $115 per session
Over 6 months $125 per session
$15 travel fee added to local in home sessions
